A Second Life avatar is a digital persona that you create and customize. Remember in this game the only limit is your imagination so your avatar can be anything you want him or her to be. Some prefer creating an avatar that resembles their real life while others prefer a non human avatar.
When you first start playing the game, you’ll have some basic staring looks to choose from. Some looks include goth, rocker, party, or student. You can than customize your avatar with new skins, shapes, cloths, and accessories.
You can buy almost anything for your SL avatar. You’ll find a large variety of women and men’s apparel, shoes, hats, glasses, and hats. You even have the option of purchasing complete avatars if there is a certain one you like.
In addition to customizing your avatar, you can use Second Life programs such as an avatar editor. There are thousands of configurations that you can use to create the perfect avatar. A Second Life avatar editor will not only help you create the avatar you want but you’ll be able to easily change things up when you want a different look.

In April 2010 Second Life announced new starting avatars when registering for Second Life. The developers of SL asked new and existing residents for feedback. The community wanted a larger set of styles to pick from and also a larger selection of hair, eyes, skin, and outfits.
Residents typically pick the boy or girl next door look over other flashier avatar looks so developers worked with resident designers Adam n Eve to create new avatars to better reflect player’s wants and to better represent the diverse styles and communities of international residents.
Those who prefer to start the game as non-human Second Life avatars may be a bit disappointed though, as the SL developers feel it’s best for players to start as a human and then transition to non-human avatars later in the game.

Your probably want him or her to live in a beautiful home, drive a luxury car, and be atop of the latest fashion and dressed with the finest clothes. Second Life Mansion
Starting out in Second Life I was living life more as a low class than a high class citizen. I barely had enough linden dollars to pay my rent and wasn’t making ends at any business plan I attempted much less being able to afford any luxurious. The time I was able to dedicate to the game was limited; I became discouraged that I’ll ever have my dream Second Life, that is until I discovered some ways around normal game play in the form of Second Life Cheats. These cheats offers opportunities and possibilities that would otherwise be out of the question or unimaginable in the virtual world. They range anywhere from:
- Dupes that multiplying your linden dollars
- SL copybots that copy/duplicate items
- Second Life macros that automate tasks while your away
If you don’t have to resources to create your dream character or like me just simply don’t have the time. Using cheats is something you may want to consider to help you along.
